Privacy policy

Hala Compare uses Google sign-in for protected property research. Property reports remain in your browser; existing address research and report emails are unchanged.

We require a verified UAE mobile number before property research. Your number is sent to Twilio to deliver and check an SMS verification code. We store your verified number with your account, and temporarily keep the pending number and verification reference until verification succeeds. SMS codes are not stored by Hala Compare. Phone numbers are not shared with Meta.

Facebook advertising measurement

Where permitted, we share page views and first-time Google account registration events with Meta Platforms through Facebook Pixel. This supports advertising measurement and may support ad optimization. Meta receives technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, page URL, event time, and advertising cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. We do not add email addresses, account identifiers, property addresses, report values, or other financial details to these events. Automatic form-data collection is disabled.

Country is checked through our website’s Cloudflare country lookup. Tracking is blocked in consent-required regions, including the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, and when country detection is unavailable or unresolved. UAE visitors are permitted unless they opt out. No advertising consent banner is shown and no events blocked in these regions are replayed.

Your advertising choices

You can disable Facebook tracking for this browser below. The refusal is saved locally and takes effect in other open tabs. We also honor Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, and a stored refusal. Browser privacy tools and cookie controls may further limit tracking. Clearing browser storage removes this saved choice; you can return here to disable tracking again. This site does not collect affirmative advertising-consent records or enable tracking in consent-required regions.

See Meta’s privacy policy for its data practices and advertising controls.
